Hello Friends!! I hope this post finds you all well!! Today Our Daily Bread Designs has a fun Christmas release!!  The best part is that the images are versatile and can be used for occasions other than Christmas!!

This is my first creation.  I created a diorama shadow box card.  The background is created with the trees from the Peaceful Wishes stamp set which I embossed in white.  The sentiment is also from this set.  It is framed with the new and gorgeous Vintage Borders die!! The background is navy blue while the buildings are black and white cardstock which I layered to give an appearance of snow.

Our Daily Bread Designs, Trees and Deer dies, Diorama with layers dies, Neighborhood Border dies, Double Pierced Vintage Labels die, Curvy slopes die, Snow Crystals Dies, designed by Chris Olsen

My second creation is a fun clean and simple design. The trees are embossed and then ink of greens and aquas were sponged over top.

Hello Friends!! I hope this post finds you all well!!  Since I had a moment, I thought I would share a card I created with the newest stamps and dies from Our Daily Bread Designs!! I am so loving the new Merry Christmas stamp die duo that I used for this card!! I embossed the poinsettia in gold and then colored it in with copics.  The poinsettia is cut with the coordinating die within the stamp set itself and mounted on the Pierced Circles and Fancy Circles Die.  The sentiment is framed with cardstock cut from the Pennant Flag Die and the Double Stitched Pennant Flags Dies.   The background behind the matted circle is created with the Layered Lacey Squares dies and Square dies.

Thank you so much for stopping by!! I hope you too have a chance to create some Christmas cards!!

Hello Friends!!  I hope you all had a great weekend!!  Here it is November already!  Time is flying and the holidays are upon us.  It is time to get started on those Christmas cards!!

Here is a card I created with the Merry Christmas stamp die duo and the New Christmas 2018 Paper Collection.  The paper is so soft and beautiful!!  The poinsettia is colored with copics and die cut with the die that coordinates (within the stamp die duo set).  The image is that adhered with dimensionals on circles die cut with the double stitched circle and the Fancy Circle Dies.  The designer paper is die cut with the ODBD Rectangles and is framed with White Neenah Cardstock die cut with the Pierced Rectangles.

I added small pearls and white seam binding for a bow as an embellishment.  It is a bit more CAS than some of the other cards I have created in the past but I love the softness of it.

Thanks for stopping by and for your comments!!

Hello Friends!  I hope this post finds you all well.  It is hard to believe how fast the time is flying by.  It is already more than 1/2 way through October.  Today, the ODBD Bread Basket are sharing a look back at the stamps previously released at the beginning of this month.  The team has lots of inspiration to share.  You can see there creations here.

Here is my creation using the Bethlehem Dies, Curvy Slopes Dies, Holy Night Dies (star), Pierced Rectangles dies, and the Christian Faith Paper Collection.

Our Daily Bread Designs, Bethlehem Dies, Curvy Slopes Dies, Holy Night Dies (star), Pierced Rectangles dies, and the Christian Faith Paper Collection

It was so fun to create a scene card with all the dies!!  The hills are created with Kraft card stock and the Curvy Slopes Dies as well as the hills in the Bethlehem Dies Collection.  The sky is created with a sheet from the Christian Faith Paper Collection.  The star, from the Holy Night Dies, was die cut from Glitter Cardstock.

I hope you enjoyed my creation.  Thanks so much for stopping by.

blessings,
Chris
